  • EVRAZ produces steel and rolled steel at its Russian enterprises EVRAZ NTMK and EVRAZ ZSMK (includes NKMK production assets) and at its rolling facilities EVRAZ DMZ Petrovskogo in Ukraine, EVRAZ Caspian Steel in Kazakhstan, EVRAZ Palini e Bertoli in Italy, EVRAZ Vitkovice Steel in the Czech Republic, EVRAZ Highveld Steel and Vanadium in South Africa and EVRAZ North America in the U.S. and Canada.
  • EVRAZ ZSMK
  • EVRAZ ZSMK, the eastern-most steel mill in Russia, is the largest steel mill in the Siberian region. In terms of production levels it is is among the five biggest steel plants in Russia, the thirty largest steel plants in the world, and the top-five global rail manufacturers. EVRAZ ZSMK's products are sold across Russia, the CIS and to over 30 countries globally, and EVRAZ ZSMK is the general supplier of railway products for JSC Russian Railways. In 2012 ZSMK produced 6 million tons of pig iron and 6.9 million tons of steel.
  • EVRAZ NTMK
  • EVRAZ NTMK is one of the largest integrated steel production plants in Russia with a complete processing cycle. It consists of coke-chemical production facilities, blast furnaces, a converter shop and a number of rolling mills. EVRAZ NTMK is also the world's biggest processor of vanadium-enriched titan ferrous ores with succeeding vanadium recovery in blast oxygen furnaces and in oxygen converters using special technologies. In 2013 EVRAZ NTMK produced over 4.9 million tonnes of pig iron, over 4.4 million tonnes of steel and about 3 million tonnes of rolled products.
  • EVRAZ CASPIAN STEEL
  • Light-section rolling mill in Kostanay, Kazakhstan, was launched in the end of 2013. It has a planned annual production capacity of 450,000 tons of rebar.
  • EVRAZ DMZ PETROVSKOGO
  • EVRAZ DMZ Petrovskogo, located in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, is an integrated steel mill specialising in the manufacture and sale of pig iron, steel and rolled products. In 2013 EVRAZ DMZ Petrovskogo produced 978 thousand tonnes of pig iron, 995 thousand tonnes of crude steel and 855 thousand tonnes of rolled products.
  • EVRAZ HIGHVELD STEEL AND VANADIUM
  • EVRAZ Highveld Steel and Vanadium (EVRAZ Highveld) is a vertically integrated steel and vanadium slag producer. Steel and vanadium slag are produced at the integrated steelworks situated in eMalahleni, Mpumalanga with ore for the steelworks obtained from the Mapochs Mine in the Roossenekal area, Limpopo. It is South Africa's second-largest steel maker and the primary producer of medium and heavy structural sections and thick plate in South Africa. In 2013 it produced 176 thousand tonnes of plate, 129 thousand tonnes of coil, 197 thousand tonnes of sections and 49 thousand tonnes of vanadium slag.

  • EVRAZ North America is a leading steel manufacturer built on the pedigree of successful steel companies – formerly known as Oregon Steel, Rocky Mountain Steel, Claymont Steel and IPSCO. EVRAZ North America produces more than 5 million tonnes annually of flat, long, and tubular steel products for major markets including infrastructure, defence, energy and rail.

    • The EVRAZ Sukha Balka ore enrichment plant is one of the leading Ukrainian enterprises specialising in iron ore underground mining. The annual production capacity of the plant is approximately 3.1 million tonnes of iron ore. In 2013 EVRAZ Sukha Balka mined over 3.4 million tonnes of iron ore and sold nearly 3 million tonnes of sintering ore.

    • Evrazruda comprises a number of ore mining and ore enrichment enterprises in the Kemerovo Region (the Tashtagolsky, Kazsky, Gorno-Shorsky iron ore mines and Gurevsky limestone quarry , the Abagurskaya Sinter and Enrichment Plant). Evrazruda sells iron ore primarily to EVRAZ ZSMK.
    • EVRAZ KGOK
    • EVRAZ KGOK is one of the top five largest ore mining enterprises in Russia. It is located approximately 140 kilometres from EVRAZ NTMK, in the Sverdlovsk region. EVRAZ KGOK develops the Gusevogorskoye deposit of titanium magnetite ores that contain a vanadium alloy component, allowing production of high-tensile alloyed steel products. The enterprise’s annual output is approximately 50 million tonnes of iron ore. EVRAZ NTMK is the primary consumer of the enterprise's products. In 2013, EVRAZ KGOK mined more than 56 million tonnes of iron ore and produced about 9,8 million tonnes of products.

      • Yuzhkuzbassugol is Russia's leading producer of coking coal. As of 30 September 2013, total proved and probable coal reserves under the JORC Code were estimated at 498,98 million tonnes.
      • RASPADSKAYA
      • Raspadskaya is an integrated coal mining and enrichment complex. It comprises three underground mines, one open-pit mine, one undeground mine under construction and a coal enrichment plant, as well as a coal transportation network and a number of integrated infrastructure companies. 82% of Raspadskaya's ordinary shares are owned by EVRAZ plc.
      • EVRAZ BAGLIYKOKS
      • EVRAZ Bagliykoks is located in Dneprodzerzhinsk, Ukraine. The plant is one of the leading manufacturers of coke in the country. EVRAZ Bagliykoks buys coal and processes it into metallurgical coke for further sale to steel producers. Total production capacity is about 1.472 million tonnes of metallurgical coke a year. In 2013 EVRAZ Bagliykoks produced 606 thousand tonnes of metallurgical coke.

        • Established in the 1970s, Vanady-Tula uses low-cost, highly efficient technology to process the vanadium slag produced by NTMK.
        • EVRAZ STRATCOR
        • EVRAZ Stratcor’s unique facilities at its Hot Springs, Arkansas plant produce up to 12 million pounds per year of the highest-purity vanadium oxide in the world.
        • EVRAZ NIKOM
        • EVRAZ Nikom converts the vanadium oxide produced by Vanady Tula into ferrovanadium, the major vanadium product used by the steel industry to increase strength and hardness.
        • EVRAZ KGOK
        • EVRAZ’s huge KGOK mine not only supplies iron ore for its steel operations but is also a source of vanadium for ferrovanadium. In 2013 EVRAZ KGOK produced about 9.8 million tonnes of products: 6.3 million tonnes of pellets and 3.5 million tonnes of sinter.

          • East Metals AG is a Swiss-based EVRAZ trading company, which is a sole distribution channel outside of CIS. East Metals AG exports steel products supplied from EVRAZ steel mills in Russia – EVRAZ NTMK, EVRAZ ZSMK, Ukrainian EVRAZ DMZ Petrovskogo mill as well as EVRAZ KGOK and EVRAZ Sukha Balka iron ore mines in Russia and Ukraine.
          • EVRAZ NAKHODKA TRADE SEA PORT
          • EVRAZ Nakhodka Commercial Sea Port is one of the largest stevedoring companies in the Far East of Russia. The port is located on the Eastern section of Peter the Great Gulf, in Nakhodka Bay. The port is connected to all points of the Eurasian continent and the Trans-Siberian Railway, assisting in both directions in the flow of goods between Asia and Europe. The port has a daily capacity to unload up to 450 rail wagons containing varies cargoes. In addition, 300,000 square meters of warehousing premises are located at the port.
