  • IMnI is a not for profit industry association that represents manganese ore and alloy producers, manufacturers of metallurgical products or chemical compounds, trading houses, industry service providers, companies involved in Mn business development, universities and research organizations worldwide. Founded in 1975, with its headquarters in Paris, France, IMnI’s mission is to provide vision and guidance to the Mn industry by promoting economic, social and environmental responsibility and sustainability to all stakeholders.
  • National Technical Committee of Manganese
  • The National Technical Committee of Manganese was founded in 1982, and numbers around 100 experts on manganese. It drew up technical development plans for the national manganese industry in China, appraised hundreds of technological achievements in manganese, and organized more than 100 pieces of scientific research on manganese mining, processing, smelting and deep processing. It conducted exhaustive research on manganese ores in large and medium-sized mines and has made great progress in locating high grade manganese mines. It also developed a series of products and set up several enterprises, making a great contribution to the standardization process within the manganese industry.
