- Ucore Uranium Inc. changed name to Ucore Rare Metals Inc on June, 2010 approved by the company’s shareholders annual and special meeting. And it was effective since June 29, 2010. And the symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange remained unchanged as “UCU”.
- Since then, they began programs of the exploration of rare earth minerals at Bokan and some other strategic rare earth properties in Alaska. Meanwhile it released their rare earth mobile application. And now Ucore Rare Metals Inc. is a well-funded development-phase mining company focused on establishing rare metal resources with near term production potential.
